Do you have a story that's too wild to share in public? We're so excited to hear it! Recording your anonymous story is easy—you don't need any special apps or fancy equipment.

Step 1: Get in the zone.
Scroll down and complete the survey below. Feel free to get a cup of coffee (or tea!) and prepare to go down memory lane.

Step 2: Read the prompt and let it rip.
You'll see a question on the screen and an option to type or record your response. When you're ready, start typing or hit the record button and start talking. Don't worry about being perfect; just tell your story like you're chatting with a friend.

Step 3: Keep going!
When you're done, click the button or arrow to move to the next question. Once you've answered all six, you'll reach the final page.

Step 4: Hit finish.
When you're ready to send it to us, just hit "Finish.”

And that's it! Your story is automatically transcribed for the podcast, and your submission is completely anonymous.
